Create a Microsoft Teams meeting from a Teams channel.The meeting will appear on your calendar in both Outlook and Microsoft Teams. In the upper left, click or tap Send to create the Teams meeting, sending the email invitation to participants.Enter the required information in the Create a column section. The good news is that Microsoft confirmed it’s working on a Group Calendar. To schedule the meeting and send invitations to attendees, click the Send button in the New meeting window. Having a group calendar where all the team members can see and share the same group calendar will definitely increase your team’s productivity. You will need at least one date and time column. Microsoft Teams will soon get a better Calendar that allows users to view their colleagues’ calendars within the app. Choose the type of column you want from the menu. At a basic level, a Microsoft 365 group is an object in Azure Active Directory with a list of members and a coupling to related workloads including a SharePoint team site, shared Exchange mailbox, Planner, and OneNote notebook. At the top of the list or library, select +Add column or +. Microsoft 365 Groups is the cross-application membership service in Microsoft 365. Note that with Outlook on the Web, you won't see the Teams meeting details - the join link, call-in number and Conference ID - until after the invitation is sent. For Outlook on the Web, be sure to click or tap the Teams meeting switch that makes this meeting a Teams meeting.Add a description about your meeting or attach documents.Select a specific meeting to get details about it. Select a date, start time and end time. The calendar shows you everything that was scheduled in Teams, Exchange, or Outlook.Add participants by typing their names and selecting from the autocomplete menu, or enter their email addresses. Enter a title/subject for your meeting.In Outlook on the Web, a prompt appears in your browser. click or tap New Teams Meeting (Outlook) or New Event (Outlook on the Web).
